On Saturday, February 28, a creative blend of the programmings of the last five editions of the Chromatic festival was revealed on the entire Métrovision diffusion network for the 12th edition of Nuit Blanche à Montréal. This allowed the users to discover artistic works and creations on the subway – an unprecedented initiative in Montreal! It represented a unique opportunity for MASSIVart and Métrovision to allow artists from the city to create a truly creative visual immersion in the depths of the city.
During 8 hours, the 350 000 participants of the Nuit Blanche and the subway users had the opportunity to discover 13 artistic creations on the 337 screens of the Métrovision network.
In total, 68 subway stations had been transformed into museums, allowing art to invade the public space and Montreal’s own talents to shine for the duration of the festivities.
